Le Pianelle: Bramaterra DOC 2011 import Pralinen halten erfahrungsgemäß deutlich längerNebbiolo grapes are the foundation of Bramaterra. According to DOC regulations, it consists of 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Vespolina Croatina. The grapes are handpicked exclusively in several passes; the different varieties and vineyards are harvested and vinified separately. The first phase of winemaking (fermentation and maceration) takes place in open Grenier oak vats. The young wine is then aged in repeatedly used barrique barrels and subsequently in
