The wine is dense, earthy, ripe and yellow fruity, with a cool, mineral vein, very vital and lively. After a slow fermentation for more than a year in large wooden barrels, the wine was allowed to mature on the full lees until August 2021, when it was unfiltered drawn on the bottle. Decanters !!
