Amherst - Daisy Creek Shiraz 750ml WCB24 delight and reward"The 2022 Daisy Creek Shiraz is made from 100% Pyrenees fruit. The 2022 vintage was a mild growing season which produced good yields of perfectly ripe grapes. The wine was aged on French oak for approximately 12 months and shows flavours and aromas of ripe plum, spice and vanillan oak. It is unfined and unfiltered with fine tannins and a medium bodied palate. As a result, while this wine is beautiful drinking now it will also reward medium term
