Vintage Japanese silk Kimono in Shibori tie-dye style
1900) kyodai (mirrored vanity tansu chest) with a unique arrangement of three drawers as well as a hidden section which is found when the lower drawer is removed (see picture 10)
This is stamped with the "lucky hammer" below the artist signature indicating the 1937 date

Vintage Japanese Kokeshi WoodenDoll w/ Hat & Portrait " Woodblock Vintage Japanese silk Kimono inThis is a vintage Japanese wooden doll called a kokeshi. This Kokeshi is short and round type with an illustration of a pretty woman on the body. She will ad an air of pleasant calm to your day. Having been in storage for several decades, it remains in overall fine vintage condition. There are some minor scuffs. Thislittle kokeshi measures about 2" at her widest point and is 6! tall.
