Lysimachia clethroides | Gooseneck Loosestrife Lettuce Both these and the flowersAlso known as Gooseneck Loosestrife, this is a fast growing, clump forming perennial, bearing fresh green, pointed leaves, which turn orange red briefly before falling in autumn. In medicine, L. clethroides are also known as dwarf peach or pearl grass, amongst others. In herbal medicine. They are used to treat upset tummies, bruises, sore throat, heat exhaustion, etc. (Consult your doctor before using though.) Grows to 50cm tall and spreads
