Smith & Hooper - Pinot Grigio 2022 750ml Size:Single The nose shows vanilla toffee"The Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio shows the purity of our Wrattonbully vineyards and the delicacy and flavour of the variety. Grapes were gently pressed to minimise colour and tannin extraction from the pink skins. Fermentation proceeded on full solids, conducted by yeast indigenous to the vineyard.
