Rose Du Gambrinus, NV stock-5 Region: SiciliaThis bottle from a Cantillon is a celebration of fruit, and designed, like kriek, to be drunk young. 20 month old lambic is mixed with raspberries 200g per litre of beer to be precise which spend three months soaking, before blending with a one year old lambic for secondary fermentation in the bottle. Bursting with juicy berry sap, but still has that trademark Cantillon vibrant acidity and fragrance.
